For businesses and organisations requiring uniforms for 10 or more people, Simply Uniforms can usually arrange samples for you to check fabric, quality, etc.  In many cases we are able to provide an exact match for your sample request, however, we may need to supply a close but not exact size or colour.  We can provide sizing guides for all garments to assist you with size selection and in some cases we have fabric swatches available.  You can request a sizing guide here.

We will send samples to you and you may keep them for up to 14 days.  We require credit card details to guarantee the safe return of the items. Nothing is charged to your card provided the samples are returned in re-saleable order and condition within 14 days.  If there is any damage to the samples or the labels/packaging which renders them unsuitable for future sale, or if samples are not returned in time, we will charge your card for the cost of the samples plus freight.

If samples are ordered specifically for you and you then place an order, we will include the samples as part of the order. Please note that when samples have to come from interstate, a restocking fee of $4 per item plus freight may apply to any unwanted items. We will tell you if this is the case when you request samples.

Sizing Sets

For customers who require uniforms for 25+ employees, Simply Uniforms is happy to arrange a Sizing Set for your uniform items to allow employees to try on sizes.  We require a 50% deposit for the order before providing sizes.  You may return the complete Sizing Set once all sizes have been determined and the sizing items will be used as part of your order.  Alternatively, you may purchase the Sizing Set for future use by new employees and we will offer you a substantial discount on the price of the Sizing Set.
