Returns Policy Terms and Conditions
We do not accept returns or exchange products if you do not like your selection or if you choose the wrong colour or size. We provide wholesale pricing and we do not offer a returns/exchange service for these prices.
Please check carefully that the products ordered are the correct item, colour, size and specification for your needs. Please ask us for a sizing guide here if you are unsure of your size. We can usually provide samples for bulk orders (please see our Samples Policy).
Returns are accepted for any defective products as follows:
- Please notify us within two working days of receipt of the product advising details of the defect.
- We will provide you with authority to return the product.
- Return the product to us (our physical address) within seven working days of receipt.
- The returned product must be in a condition matching that in which they were shipped and in the case of pre-packaged products, in the same packaging as received (including tags attached to the products).
- Unfortunately we cannot accept return of products if they have been washed incorrectly. Please check and follow all washing and care instructions on the product label carefully.
- We will reimburse you for reasonable postage if you need to return any defective item.
- In the event that there is a defect with a product that we are responsible for, we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund (at our discretion).
- Items that are returned to us without our authority will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s cost.
