We understand the importance of making sure your branded items reach you in a timely manner.  Guidelines for completion times from receipt of the confirmed order are as follows:

– For unbranded garments: 3-6 working days (subject to availability of stock).

– For initial orders of branded garments:
Artwork set-up: 2-3 days
Receipt of garments: 3-7 days
Production: 7-10 working days
TOTAL: 10-20 working days to despatch
Please note if samples are required this may add additional time.

– For repeat orders of branded garments: 8-15 working days to despatch (subject to availability of stock).

– Custom-made orders and promotional product orders: Delivery is on a case-by-case basis.  We will confirm delivery timeframes with you.

– Urgent orders: Please notify us if you have an urgent requirement or a deadline by which your items are required.  We are happy to try to meet urgent deadlines but if we are unable to do so we will advise you of the soonest possible date before processing your order.

The above timeframes are subject to timely approval of logos.  An order is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.

SHIPPING

The above timeframes do not include shipping time.  Shipping cost and timeframe guidelines are as follows:

For metro areas:
Orders under $1000 plus GST:  Shipping cost $15 plus GST.
Orders of over $1000 plus GST are freight free unless sent by air.

Freight is usually by courier within metro areas with next day delivery.  Small orders may be sent by airbag – see details below.

For non-metro areas:
If your order will fit into an airbag we will send it by air for speed.  The cost depends on weight.  A 3kg satchel is $17.00 plus GST and a 5kg satchel is $22.00 plus GST.  Delivery is usually in 1-2 business days.  If your order will not fit into an airbag we will obtain quotes from a road carrier and send by the most cost effective method.  This can take 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Postage calculations are estimates and while we try to to ensure that this calculation is accurate, under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be incorrect and may not cover the real delivery costs.  If this is the case, we will contact you prior to processing your order to inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order and receiving a refund.
